Lunchtime Ceremonies
We need to talk about lunch time weddings. Here’s why?
Firstly, because they ROCK!
In 2025 I did at least 4 lunch time ceremonies and here’s why I think more couples should be opting to start their ceremonies at lunch:
You can have the best of both worlds. You can have the WHOLE day with your guests, quick outfit change and then kick on into the night, should you wish to! Or simply head off on your mini-moon early!
Make the most of the beautiful daylight. Midday lighting can be a dream for photographers.
If you’re early risers and in bed before the sun is down this PERFECT for you. You can be back at home in bed by 7pm!
It can be budget friendly. Lunch receptions often cost less than dinner ones.
Guest friendly for families.
Less competition for amazing vendors!
It’s still considered unique!
Laidback and lux vibes. Think long tables, European countryside, shared platters and acoustic music.
They are just a few ideas that pop to mind!
