Before you book a venue, lock in a date, or fall down the Pinterest rabbit hole—chat with me. With 7+ years of experience as a celebrant and MC across Sydney, the South Coast, Southern Highlands, Hunter Valley, and Blue Mountains, I’ve seen what works (and what doesn’t). I’ll help you set the right foundations so your wedding vision actually comes to life—with style, clarity, and zero overwhelm.
This is not wedding planning—this is expert wedding insight before you even get to that stage.
I’ll send you a questionnaire beforehand to understand your vibe, priorities, guest count, and aesthetic. Then we’ll meet for a 90-minute strategy session where we’ll map out the big picture: location, style, timing, logistics, budget priorities, and more. I’ll create moodboards, offer up smart suggestions (like where to go for peak autumn colour), and explain what’s worth your energy—and what’s not.
At the end, you’ll walk away with:
A venue shortlist that aligns with your style, season, and guest count
3–5 personalised recommendations per vendor type (florists, photographers, musicians, etc.)
Insight into what will and won’t work based on your preferences and location
Support narrowing down options—and help liaising with vendors to check availability
